A small always-on-top macOS widget that shows today’s calendar, so meetings stop ambushing you mid-task.

What it does

• Shows today’s events in a compact panel on the monitor you choose.
• Floats above full-screen apps and appears on every Space, without stealing focus from whatever you are typing in.
• Counts down to your next meeting in the menu bar. There is no Dock icon.
• Notifies you shortly before a meeting starts, and can open the meeting link.
• Shows a work and a personal Google account side by side, or merged into one stream.
• Keeps a TODO list beside the day, added from anywhere with a keyboard shortcut and rolled forward to the next day when you do not get to it.
• Has a privacy mode that hides meeting and TODO titles before screen sharing.

What it reads

Up Next asks Google for read-only access to your events and your list of calendars, and nothing else. It cannot create, edit or delete anything, and it has no access to Gmail, Drive or Contacts.

Where your data goes

Nowhere. The app runs entirely on your Mac and talks only to Google. There is no server, no account to create, and no analytics. See the privacy policy for the detail, or the security overview if you are the person who has to approve it.
